Terrible experience. They get you to sign a contingency contract that is blank with no figures. No work description. And will not respond to calls to get a written contract as to work details biggest scam out there in roofing, do not sign a blank contract. Thank god.I canceled the contract after seeing their estimate.It was 39,000 dollars on a bare minimum shingle roof that cost on an average, 16,000 they will scam you and the insurance company and they refer you to an attorney that gets a big chunk too. If you signed a blank contract, cancel it now.While you can, you've got 72 hours to legally cancel they will hide from you for 72 hours zero communication until your cancelation period is over and then they say, oh I'm sorry you did not cancel. We have used Providential for our roof replacement. The process was made very easy for us. Rochelle explained everything and took care of it. Hardest part was deciding what color shingles to choose. The entire roof was done in one day. We were thoroughly impressed. The crew was professional and cleaned up nicely during and after installation. Rochelle had made sure everything was to our satisfaction. She had been very attentive during the entire process and checked back with us again after a couple of weeks to make sure that there were no concerns whatsoever. Great customer service!
