Provost did an excellent job with the renovation of our split-level ranch. This was a two story addition that added multiple bathrooms, a bedroom suite and completely reconfigured our kitchen and living space to meet our family’s needs. From the initial design & proposal, through execution and final completion, Provost was easy to work with. They were timely, professional and extremely communicative. We are so happy with our new home, and highly recommend them for any major home renovations.

We worked with Provost to tackle a handful of items in our new house, but most of the work was centered around a kitchen renovation. Bill was a good contractor - communicative and regularly checked in on progress. The crew was great and very respectful of the house and friendly with myself, my wife, and our dog, which always helps when you have a project that takes a few months. We had a few errors in communication/mixups during the course of the reno (nearly a guarantee for large projects regardless of who you work with) and all of them were handled pretty well. And here we are, a couple years later, and the quality of the work is still holding strong.

Provost Companies is fantastic to work with! William and his team remodeled the entire first floor of my older home. Transforming a layout with several small rooms into a modern open concept with an up-to-date kitchen. It was a large undertaking that included removing a chimney, creating support beams, relocating a staircase, and installing hardwood flooring. His staff is professional, experienced, and took great care in all stages of the project. I felt comfortable from the first visit to the final meeting.

We hired Provost Companies to transform an unfinished/attic like space into a master suite. With a substantial project like this, we prioritized communication and process when choosing a contractor and we felt Provost would give us the best experience and they delivered. Bill Provost was easy to access and did a great job communicating every step in the process. We would have weekly zoom calls to discuss the weeks scope of work and what to expect in the weeks to come. All of Provost’s employees that worked in our home were incredibly respectful, neat, and showed up when they said they would. There wasn’t a day that someone was not at the house working to keep the project on schedule. Thank you to Dana, Doug, Ryan, Andy and Dan. We are thrilled with the work and love our new space.

We can not say enough good things about the work William and his team (in our case project manager Dan). They were professional, organized, always on time, and did meticulous work on 2 bathrooms that were remodeled. They were extremely communicative, and upfront about all the work on the job and throughout the entire project. The oversight Dan provided of all PCI subcontractors gave us peace of mind on the work being done, and they too were professional and did great work.
