We worked with Dave for a complete bathroom remodel and a window addition to our living room. Dave was great to work with and made our first home construction project a very good experience. He communicated well with us along the way and was great about explaining each part of our project. He was also very helpful in providing guidance and recommendations around decisions we had to make. This is the 4th time my wife and I hired Prowork Builders to do work for us. This year we had them replace our siding and deck. In 2021 they updated our kitchen, dining room, living room and entry way. They also replaced all our windows and doors in 2016, and replaced all our interior door last year. Dave does great quality work at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend them.

Quality bathroom work at a reasonable price - I used ProWork Builders/Dave to remodel 2 of my bathrooms at the same time. After getting estimates from several other companies who would only give a grand total estimate for the work, Dave’s ability to provide an estimate that included an allowance for materials was refreshing…I appreciated the transparency of this process! This allowed me to see what the labor cost, where I could save money by making less expensive choices, or how my cost would increase if I purchased a few higher-end materials. Both bathrooms were complete remodels, including cutting out a small section of a wall to accommodate a shelf on the tub wall, new shower/floor tile, drywall, paint, new toilets/sinks/tub/fixtures, and custom cabinets & mirrors. Dave managed a big home project for us and he also did a lot of the small projects himself. His work crews for roofing, siding, and gutters were excellent.
