We had a new HVAC system installed by Pruett Air Conditioning 2 years ago. We’ve had annual maintenance by Pruett and this year noises. James and Greg completed our maintenance and inspection, then called in Wyatt and Bailey from the install team, who discovered issue with ductwork metal flexing. These gentleman were professional, kind and listened to our concerns and ultimately resolved our noise issue. Again I would like to thank James, Greg, Wyatt and Bailey for their diligence and commitment in ensuring that their customers are heard and satisfied with their services. I highly commend and recommend their services.

After having multiple issues with another ac company I decided to let Pruett do it, and I'm so glad I did. Within 20 minutes the technician had identified the problem, verified unit was under warranty, and off to get the replacement part. Once back he had me up and running within 30 minutes. Friendly, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable. Definitely my new ac company of choice.
