One of their drivers didn’t secure their load when hauling down I95S. Maybe use your bed cover when doing hauls? That might be a regulatory safety standard? If you see these trucks on the highway, STAY AWAY they are UNSAFE. Look at the review below mine from a a year ago. Follow up edit… No response to my insurance or VSP. Good luck w FMSCA.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. My company had been using their portable toilet service for several years but we stopped because they are unreliable and untrustworthy. They would tell us they serviced our portables but we have proof that they did not come when they said they did. So they would charge us for services that they did not actually perform. The woman in the front office (Kim) is extremely rude and unhelpful and the owner (Rick) is no help at all. Save yourself a problem and a headache, and use ANYONE else.

This company sent two of their thieves in a truck to steal my car while I was working at the Pizza Hut on Belmont Road during business hours (New Year's Eve 2024) and became aggressive and threatening when I was justifiably upset. Based on the other reviews here I may not even waste my time trying to contact them. I'll call 12 On Your Side instead.

One of their truck drivers drove me off the road this morning, he got over into the exit lane at the last minute and would've bumped me off the road if I hadn't dodged him. What's worse is that he didn't even try to correct himself. I just had to keep riding the shoulder for about 20 feet. What's even more worse is that when I called the company to report it, the lady immediately had a tone that was obvious she clearly didn't care or simply didn't want to hear another complaint. Without even asking for the license plate number the lady said she would get a supervisor to call me back which I immediately knew wouldn't happen. I never got a call from anyone so I'm posting it here. Maybe he felt he could do this because I have a smaller vehicle, a hatchback. I've been in a car accident before

EDIT - I finally reached the right person in the office. Kim was able to get me a quote right away and was extremely responsive in making repeated changes to it as required by my insurance company. I have not yet approved the quote, but when I do the work I will update the review again. Mr. Pryor must be doing so well that he has no need for new business. I've been trying to get a demolition quote from him for about 2 weeks and can't even get a call back. I've spoken to Natasha in the office at least 6 times but Mr. Pryor seems to be above basic customer service. Don't bother with this company.
