Bob ( the owner of this business) came to our property & assessed what our needs for irrigation were very swiftly. His expertise and decades of experience in so many different situations were truly appreciated! The job was completed within a week-( it is a large yard- 6 different zones) and Bob was hands on in every way, handling every challenge that came his way with true confidence- hooray! We have a wonderful new irrigation system! Despite the city of Sanford refusing us any access to the reclaimed water- within an HOUR an outright refusal… despite the fact that neighbors- have had it for many many years. Bob got it done - extremely helpful in teaching us how to most efficiently operate this system… he’s the best! We’ve grateful to have found him!!

I had a broken irrigation pipe and Bob at PSI Water Control Inc was highly recommended by another one of my yard service contractors. Bob and his partner did not disappoint! Not only did they repair and replace the broken pipe, but in addition, they repaired SNS replaced 2 other sprinkler heads; as well as checking and servicing my entire irrigation system! And all for a minimal cost. Bob has such a sweet and kind spirit, I told him he’s like a caring “Pop Pop.” He’s so very knowledgeable about this line of work too! He provided very helpful information. I’ve contracted him to maintain and service my system from now on, because I know he’ll do great work!

Bob is the most professional individual I’ve met. I needed his expertise on our irrigation system twice and each time he was very quick to respond and fix the issues. He is such a nice guy, very knowleadgeable and eager to help!

The installation was done improperly, and it was clear that basic standards were not followed. What’s even more frustrating is that the issues should have been obvious during installation, yet they still proceeded without addressing them. This level of carelessness is extremely unprofessional. When you hire a company, you expect them to do the job correctly the first time not leave you with problems that could have been avoided. It raises serious concerns about their attention to detail and overall quality of work. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or professional irrigation services.
