Pua Ohana Tree Trimming

While trimming my neighbor's tree their truck was blocking my driveway. I opened my garage door as I was on my way to work. I make eye contact with at least 3 workers , the equipment was running and it's very loud so I point like I need to get out as shouting over the machine would be pointless. So I get in the car and reverse out and wait for someone to move the truck. They continue to work and look at me. I couldn't wait any longer so I carefully maneuver out clearing their truck by inches. Not sure how good they are at their job but their respect and care for others is enormously lacking.
