Public Indoor Parking

This is an independent parking garage (not a municipal parking garage) - parking rates are different from the city of coral gables public parking garages. The rates at the time of the review (10/2025): $6 for 0-60 min, $12 for 1-2 hr, $20 for 2-4 hr, $30 for 4-24 hr, and $40 if you lose your ticket). The garage is clean and the spots are large. Elevators to the street level are clean and there is a pedestrian walkway through the building to get to miracle mile. Paying for parking is simple - you can scan the QR code or text. 10 min grace period from when you pay to exit. Overall good experience but I wish the parking rates were easier to see from the street before pulling to the garage.

I had an awful experience at this parking garage. I was there for just 10 minutes, and my balance was only $1—a ridiculously small amount. Unfortunately, I had left my wallet at home and could only pay with my phone, but there was no option to do so. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they gave me two terrible choices: either fill out a "promise to pay" form and come back later just for $1, or receive a citation. All this over a single dollar! This is completely unreasonable and outdated. In an era where mobile payments are the norm, how does a parking garage not have basic modern payment options? Avoid this place unless you want to deal with an absurd and inconvenient payment system.

Worst parking lot. Pay machines steal your money. Parking was $8 dollars. I tried using my credit card, but the credit card reader didn’t work. I therefore used a $20 bill, but the machine kept the change. There was nobody manning the booth, so I tried calling them via the intercom button. I must have pressed the button 20 times before they answered. Don’t use this parking lot!

I got a citation for a “head in” only parking lot… (I parked head out). There were no signs or no signs that were visible. Shame on you for waiting for me to leave my car to give me a ticket. Literally 4 minutes after I got my parking ticket and parked. Now I’m seeing other reviews that are similar. I will take my business elsewhere.
