Public Parkers: Laz Parking

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. We booked in advance to park for the Chicago Air and Water show, had our whole day planned out with timing specific to our arrival parking here. Paid for an entire day 10-10 with three small children. Got there and they said, “too bad, all full, no spots available.” “No, we pre-paid and reserved one.”

James is AMAZING!!! Such a gentleman!! I came late on Saturday night to get my car and I was all alone and my rhinestone fishnets were caught together and he gave me a place to hide in private to try and get them untangled and didn’t even laugh at me-only with me!! Will definitely be back!!!

We made a mistake with parking I wanted to pass along to you guys... the garage at 1250 Dearborn charges $50 for 24 hours of parking. If you spend an additional 1-30 minutes in the garage it costs an additional $26. We didn't think about that as we were finishing up shopping which was a bummer. I'm giving a one star rating to the garage for the huge overage fees. Not cool.

This place is a big pile of feces. Reserved a spot here and once arrived this man immediately turned me away stated "there's no room" and walked away from me. What kind of service is that. No explanation, nothing!!! Why would u take my money then turn around and tell me there isn't any space once I've arrived!! Will never do business here again. Jokes on him, we found free parking on the corner.

This place is absolutely horrid in service. Went Jewel Osco, but was completely bamboozled by the lack of signs and was forced to pay for an hour of parking. Customer service gave me high blood pressure, and I shall be filing a complaint everyday for the rest of my life
