Public Parking 200E 15th Street

Had a paid reservation for an event but when I got there the rude and unhelpful lot attendant denied entry and told me to call the app and walked away. He was very combative and started a screaming match. Do not recommend! Never again, do not use for events at Irving Plaza!

Got a parking reservation through Spot Hero 1 week in advance. They said it was full and didn’t accept it. They should plan based on their available spots

I reserved a parking space at this garage in advance through ParkWhiz. When I arrived, the attendant wouldn't accept the car and claimed the garage was full. After several minutes of discussion and me showing the attendant spaces to park, he begrudgingly accepted the car. I returned to retrieve the car less than 3 hours later, and the same attendant refused to release the car until I paid an additional $17, claiming I had arrived 10 minutes before my reservation and there was a $1.70 per minute overage charge. I reminded him that I didn't leave the garage until after my reservation time due to him not initially accepting the car, and he didn't care. BEWARE I payed for parking through spothero for $23.25 from 12:30pm-11:30pm, but was told to pay $20 EXTRA because I have a luxury vehicle. Not sure if this was targeted solely towards me, but there wasn't any sign or listing that stated luxury vehicles had to pay more(neither on the app). For reference the billed summed up to $43.25 excluding tips, I arrived at 1pm and left before 8pm. Horrible experience, I don't care about the money just the pure dishonesty is disgusting.

Prepaid for parking. Upon arrival was told that there is no space. They have 1 lane for entry & exit, so cars trying to leave causes a huge traffic issue. Forced to spin the block the block and come back just to be told that there is no space. Eventually a car left and I was able to park… there aren’t actually parking spaces inside, cars are just placed sporadically at various angles throughout the room. Very stressful and I’m concerned for the safety of my car but at this point I’m late and can’t look for another garage.
