I parked here on the weekend and it is indeed free. Just make sure to keep your ticket so you can scan it on the way out. If you lose your ticket I believe there is a fee. Other than that it was easy to get in. The garage itself is quite tight so just be careful if you have a bigger car. Also there is construction so there isn’t as much parking down there.
If you have a larger vehicle (full size pickup) this garage is a PITA to navigate and park in. Scraped drivers side fender (my fault) trying to back in a space. I had fold in my mirrors to park. Anyway in a pinch I guess it will do, but I would search out a different garage if you have a larger vehicle.
Parking space was convenient, located right next to all the right spots and shopping centers. I parked here during a visit in the weekend and was glad to find out it was free.
I entered at 6:00pm. Parking is supposed to be free after 4:00pm. Spent 15 min in the mall during which time I misplaced my ticket. Lost ticket fee was $23. Just a warning.
