We’ve been parking here for 5 years, they are the best! Entrance is on N 4th.

AVOID!! Had a paid parking reservation for evening of JuLy 4, made in the Spot Hero app. Upon arrival, employee informed me that since it was a holiday, I now would have to fork over an additional $43, or he couldn’t honor the reservation! Told me I could cancel, but I was not able to cancel because time had already started. BAIT & SWITCH SCAMMERS.

I started calling some lots in Brooklyn to determine if they would take motorcycles. A few other places said no but Public Parking Inc said yes. When I arrived the gentlemen said the only spot they had was in a corner by the snow blower and under the air conditioner used for their office. He said they have a lot of rats and could not be responsible for damage. I didn't want to drive around looking for another spot so I moved the snowblower by myself and left the bike. I asked how much and he pointed to the sign and said they would charge me $10 which was the bicycle price. I came back 20 hours later and the woman told me that the charge was $22, same as a car. I explained what the gentlemen said and she said she scanned the ticket and that was the price. I didn't feel like arguing

I am extremely pleased with the service here - the workers are kind, helpful and remember your schedule if you are a daily driver like I am. It is a busy parking garage, therefore this attention to detail was very surprising and made my daily parking routine much better! I highly recommend anyone in the Williamsburg area to utilize this parking service for daily or monthly needs!

Entrance is located on 50 N 4th St. 5 min walk from Music Hall of Williamsburg. Paid $22 for 3.5 hours. Attendants were polite.
