Public Parking - Kahler Grand

I like this private garage over the public garage down the street because of it's better egress and proximity to where I'm going. I havent been charged more than $7 so im sure you get charged flat for certain time frame that I havent figure out yet. The customer service # at the gate is quick to answer if you encounter any problems. They allow you to scan your credit card at entrance so you dont have to worry about losing the parking ticket. They have an elevator that takes you to street level where Victoria's Ristorante and The Olde Brick House is located.

I entered this parking garage, and was unable to park due to a tow truck blocking access to the parking spaces. An employee told me to exit and park down the street at another garage. They wouldn’t let me out of the garage until I paid for parking, which wasn’t available. I was charged $6.49 for entering the parking structure and then being told to leave. The attendant was extremely rude, and kept telling me I had to pay despite not being able to park my car. Avoid this place at all costs.

As other reviews mentioned, very narrow and sharp turns. Also of note they charged me 8% surcharge (? Credit card fee). Would recommend literally any other ramps nearby. Beware!

Prices are high and its falling apart. Dont park here if you have a nice vehicle.

The parking is right next to the hotel. It's always frustrating when parking is not part of the room rate and cost extra.
