We had a great experience with Public Plumbing. The whole team was great. We were referred to them by our HVAC company and the owner (Mike) called to talk over options for our old water heater. Lisa (in the office) was responsive and helpful. The person who installed (Jack) was professional, patient, and thoughtful. He was creative in coming up with solutions, too! Jack was prompt, thorough, tidy, and went the extra mile for us. Couldn’t ask for more!

Jack was amazing, our hot water tank sprung a leak and he come over the same day and replaced the unit. Very fair price. Great service. I have now found someone that I feel I can trust. Only replaced the need parts and NO upsell.
