Puckett Septic & Port AJ

We just had our septic pumped, a riser added with a more accessible cover for next time and are extremely satisfied. They took the time to explain all that they were doing and future things to look for in case there is a leak in our drain field. We will be using them again and would highly recommend. Thanks!

My neighbors just finished using their service and for some reason they decided to park their work truck and flat bed trailer in front of my house. They have been walking back and forth through my front lawn and drove their tractor thru a section of my grass. I just checked the tractor treads and they are not terrible. It’s just poor planning and no respect for other peoples property that upset me. I have pics and videos. The property pin is circled in red and you can see there was space to utilize their clients property and not mine.

I was in desperate need of having my septic tank pumped. I called these guys and they were at my place within 2 hours. They made quick work of getting it all handled and even let me know that roots had gotten in there so I knew to get trees taken down. They are reasonably priced and really laid back. Will definitely contact them for future issues!

With everything going on in the world right now having our septic system decide it needed to be serviced was not in our plans. Saturday 4/4/2020 we called Puckett Septic and they came out the same day!! Did not charge us more for Saturday emergency service. They got the job done efficiently and professionally. I would recommend this company to any and all!

Wonderful company and owner! The ONLY company I will use going forward. Had a bad experience with another local company, and so called Melvin when I suspected the problem might be reoccurring. He and his team investigated and determined that it was actually a minor plumbing issue not septic and didn’t charge me one cent but gave me peace of mind!!!
