TLDR: PSE prive energy price gouges and has awful customer service. You have no choice but to use them but they are incompetent and greedy. They take advantage of no market competition and laugh at the little guy. PSE is the worst. The price hikes with no warning is ridiculous. Their customer service is awful and with no competition they have 0 insensitive to be better. They also bombard you with "Flex Event" notifications, but even if you are "in the top three of homes in your area" you get no discount, no anything. Just "hey thanks for using less energy, now your prices will go up." The transparency is abysmal. If I had ANY choice I would not use PSE. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ JAMIE – PUGET SOUND ENERGY ADVISOR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jamie at Puget Sound Energy. She truly went above and beyond to help me understand my options with the PSE rebate program. Jamie was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She made me feel heard, valued, and important throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk me through everything and answered all of my questions with genuine care. What meant the most was that Jamie helped advocate on my behalf—she assisted in getting my situation in front of the project manager to see if an exception could be made for our unsafe insulation issues. That gave me real hope. Because of her, I now feel like I have an opportunity and don’t have to give up. We are not in a position to pay out-

we are constantly without energy for multiple days and it takes them FOREVER to actually send a crew to investigate it. they promise that they’re investigating the issues but if you look into their website, typically, they haven’t even begun. Yall need to get it together like genuinely. They claim it’s about ‘safety’ but the weather is just fine. Put your big boy pants and boots on and get outside and do what i pay you to do.

Hello I’m a customer in Lacey WA in the Britton Housing and my electric bill went from 60 dollars monthly to a bill of 198 dollars so I called and asked to speak with someone to help me and had to wait for two weeks to speak to a supervisor because he was on vacation but nobody told me this constant outages and other issues this has been the worse customer service I’ve dealt with being a military I’ve never felt so disrespected

Edit: I must say, since I made this review , they have come and cleaned up a lot of their lines in my neighborhood and we haven't lost power for a while now. So I will give credit were credit is due. Keep up the good work. I stay in auburn and watched this folks do some tree work the last 2 years by cutting 2 branches back of a tree that knocks the power lines out every time. You would think they would want to stay pr active and actually cut it back a little more. Since wind will make the branches move up and down. Because of this we are without power every time we have a simple wind. Do better PSE. Don't pretend to care.
