Sean from Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating came to help within two hours of me calling for a plumber today (a Saturday). He was friendly and knowledgeable. He located the leaking pipe after asking me thorough questions about my observations. He cut and removed the back of the cabinet below the kitchen sink to access the leaking pipe. He ensured we’d found the only leak by switching off and on the main water supply to the house. He quoted me the price and had me sign off before the cabinet wall cutting and before the pipe and valve replacement. He helped me learn about our pipes. He was clean and efficient. The price was way more than I expected but according to google it seems par for the work done. I am completely satisfied with his work. Great plumber help!! Thank you!!

We had a leak problem and I called Puget Sound Heating and Plumbing. Michael Lawson, the plumber was dispatched to do the job. Michael was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, great listener, very polite and installed a new toilet without wasting any time. We have used a lot of Plumbing Companies and dealt with a lot of plumbers and we have to say we were impressed with his work and knowledge. We would highly recommend Michael Lawson for any plumbing Job. He is truly an asset to this company.

Michael came out and did a thorough check, verified my water heater needed to be replaced and gave me an estimate. I had a previous estimate that was lower he was able to match it and get the water heater changed out in no time! I appreciate his workmanship! I will recommend if ever asked

We were so overcharged by this company last September. We had just bought a midcentury house in West Seattle and wanted all the toilets reseated, because one of them was actually tilting when you sat on it, and the others all had crumbling grout around the floor, which didn’t inspire confidence. After looking at the four toilets, the plumber said one was fine, but reseated the other three, and also fixed two small leaks under bathroom sinks. He was a pleasant guy and seemingly did a good job, but then we got the bill. We were charged nearly $3000 for 3 or 4 hours of work and no major parts or materials, just new wax seals and grout.
