Puget Sound Water Rescue

Checked in with Mathew about a mitigation after my insurance initially denied my claim and I started looking around for different estimates in addition to the company my plumber recommended. He offered a wealth of information above and beyond just looking at the potential moisture and mold damage. I now have a great list of things I can do to prevent the damage in the future as well as a plan for mitigation as well as places I can check to learn more about any other contractors I may work with. As a first-time home owner, it's pretty difficult to know everything about everything. So having contractors who you trust to do the right thing is amazing. Mathew is definitely one of those.

I had a great experience with Water Rescue after discovering a leak in my ceiling that was causing water to come into my kitchen. They arrived right away and were extremely professional and polite. They also took the time to protect my wood floors from any additional damage, which I really appreciated. They did multiple moisture measurements and at first it seemed like the water levels were going down, so I thought I had stopped the leak. Unfortunately, after a major rain event the following week, everything became saturated again and I ended up with another leak through the ceiling. I called Water Rescue, and Matt came out the very next day to set up the dehumidifier and fans again. My first floor toilet malfunctioned and leaked into my basement, and Matthew came out quickly to assess whether any significant water damage had occurred. He was very knowledgable about all things related to wood, water damage, mold, and other house-related issues. He gave me advice about how to handle the problem and was very amiable and professional. I will definitely call Puget Sound again if I have any water damage problems in the future.

Fast and great work! I found a water leak behind my wall and Puget Sound water rescue was recommended to me by a plumber. They were able to come out ASAP and did a very thorough inspection of the problem areas, thanks Matt! We were then able to quickly setup an appointment to do the work, they even scheduled me in 1st thing so it would be done before the plumbers got here. Seriously great customer service! Noah and Horacio showed up Monday morning to do the work right on time and were great! They took the time to explain what was going on and completed the work very quickly. There were even able to help find the source of the water leak, even though they didn't need to. Thank you guys! This is a great company with great people! Call them 1st!
