Pugh Pools and Spas

We had our pool finished by Geoff and team in July. From the start, Geoff was an absolute pleasure to work with. He really cares about people and it shows in how he handles everything. Anyone who is thinking of using Pugh I wouldn’t look anywhere else. Geoff built entire pool in under 12 weeks time. The quality of materials Pugh uses are amazing. When we meet Geoff he never tried selling us at all, he was very personable and I could tell he was passionate about helping create the best possible environment for families to thrive. Geoff is a man of God! Thank you Geoff for everything.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Pugh Pools. We had three bids to build a pool that was going to be a difficult challenge. Our backyard is hard to access because there are elaborate narrow walkways with gates and plantings and artificial turf. Geoff Pugh and his foreman visited multiple times to prepare an accurate proposal and offer creative suggestions. His price was the best of three bidders. He was willing to work with me on the task of preparing the site, protecting the walkways and dealing with the tight workspace constraints. We rolled up and set aside large sections of artificial turf that were eventually reinstalled. The absolute worst experience in dealing with local pool companies. I stopped by the office September 19th and was greeted by a nice lady name Erika who said she doesn’t schedule appointments and will have their service team reach out. She followed up with an email providing me with dates and times of possible appointments which I responded to right away highlighting two dates and times I would be available. And this is where it all fell apart. In the mean time I stopped by other pool companies who were able to schedule my appointment on the spot and I was able to line up some appointments without any difficulties. Geoff, Anna and Alexis did a fantastic job installing our new pool. From breaking ground to jumping in, we felt informed and heard. The few minor issues that popped up (not anyones fault just typical issues with big projects) were addressed without issue. I’ll be recommending them to anyone who wants a pool. Thanks Pugh!
