As a Maintenance Director in the upstate of South Carolina, I have used many different restoration companies. Pulliam is the best restoration company I have ever used. I had 2 separate water leaks happen about a week apart from each other. They showed up quickly to both situations. There staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The communication was amazing and frequent. They were able to save my ceilings which in turn saved us a lot of money in rebuild. It is almost always a scary/traumatic time when you need a restoration company. They make the situation completely manageable and stress free. I will 100% go with Pulliam every time.!!!!!! Over the years working in the public school sector at two different school districts, I will always call on Pulliam for restoration.
