I popped into Pullman West on a whim while furniture shopping, and I’m so glad I did. I ended up buying the most beautiful lamp and a set of unique accent chairs that totally transformed my living room. Everything in the showroom feels high-quality and intentionally selected, it’s not the kind of stuff you see everywhere else. The team was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. They didn’t pressure me at all, but they offered great suggestions and helped me think through how the pieces would work in my space. I showed them a few photos of my home and they walked me through different styling options, which made the whole process so much easier. We recently remodeled our kitchen and pantry with Pullman West. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Terri and Shay had innovative ideas to maximize the function of our space while also improving storage. Everyone was a pleasure to work with throughout the course of the project. We built a home with Viera Builders and absolutely love the home and my husband and I decided to hire Terri Pentz to help us make decisions about the right colors, the right size, the right quality and and decor/interior to this home. She is a partner now and I am happy to say we have ongoing projects with her. Her specific talent in high quality, regal, mature design expertise, sourcing and interior design is simply amazing. Family asked me if we thought we could have done this ourselves. No way. Listen, we are not first time home buyers and wanted our home to be beautiful, appealing and long lasting. We have been working with Pullman West for the past five years. During that time they have done several remodeling projects, and all to perfection! The fact that we kept coming back for more is a a testament to what we think of this amazing company! This last project included a small guest bath and an existing pool bath. The pool bath remodel was quite extensive as almost the entire bathroom footprint was changed! We could not be happier with the results! Our home is now beautiful, and, most importantly, very functional and ready to take us through our retirement years.
