We highly recommend Purcell Construction. We have used them for several remodel jobs. In 2006 they added a 56 ft. room on the back of our home which we use as a Great Room, a Den and Laundry room. In 2014 they also added a 56 ft. screened patio on the back of our home. In 2020 they added another garage to our existing garage. Looks like the home was built like that. And this year they made us a new kitchen from an existing living room. Turned out beautiful. We have been very pleased with everything. Dan's team are polite, hard workers and on time. Dan has been in this business for many years. He is top notch in all he does.

We just had a beautiful new dining room expansion and office to spare room renovation completed by Purcell Construction. Dan Purcell has forthright integrity and is a straight shooter. His bid was not the highest and not the lowest. It WAS the fairest and most realistic, based on our research. If you want a job done right, he is "that guy." Our job was completed before the projected time at the cost Dan estimated, except for the specific add-ons that we specifically requested during the process. Throughout the work, he, almost daily, checked in on the job site and asked us if we had any concerns to address. We found Dan to be patient, understanding, excellent with communication (very quick to respond), extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated to his personally high standards. D

I have used Purcell Construction for all me home projects, of which there have been several. I was lucky enough to get the first home project done by Dan and would not use another company. The work is quality, Dan keeps in contact and makes sure even trivial things are handled.
