We had an old dryer that stopped heating up and drying clothes. We called Purchase Appliances on a recommendation to have it looked at and repaired. The first repair man came out and said it needed a new timer. That visit causes $116 we had purchased appliance order the timer and that was another $218. The second repair man came out and installed the timer and the dryer still did not work. He could not find the problem. That visit cost us $175. They sent a third repair man out and he could not fix it either. Could not figure out what was wrong with it. No charge for that visit. At this point, we have $509 in a used dryer that does not work. We headed down to the store to see what our options were. They had a used dryer at their store that they were selling for $300. They gave us $250 credi

I've been coming here for parts for over 10 years the mechanic always nice and makes sure i get everything i need No pressure on you need to buy this or that, I'll definitely be coming back Guys keep up the good work

Went for a part on a washing machine. They had what I needed but the customer service is excellent. Not only did he look up the part but made sure it was for my washer and double checked the part number from the old part to the new one.

We needed a repairman to come take a look at our front loader washer. I started calling all of our local (Paducah area) appliance repair companies and Purchase Appliances was the only one that answered! They are so nice and friendly, they genuinely care and work with you which is just amazing! Repairman came next day to install the part and the charges were super reasonable / affordable. They couldn't fix the washer's issue but came and picked it up for free so I wouldn't have to pay haul away fee for new washer I ordered from Lowe's. I will definitely continue to use them for any future appliance repair needs and will shop their other appliances they have in their store! Great company and great people!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Their used stuff is junk we've had nothing but problems with their used washers, We got it home and it didn't work. 3 units all problems. They will only replace them or repair. Who has the time ?? You'd think they would test before the sale !! Never again !
