Grateful for the callback service that I received from Saundra Wheaton today. I understand that it’s spider season and I live in a wooded area. However, Saundra took the time to explain measures, I can take to help keep the spiders away to the best of my ability. And she provided excellent service in knocking down the spiderwebs and covering our space with the treatment expertly. It truly felt like she treated our space as if it was her own. It’s technicians like Saundra that make me grateful for choosing Purcor, and keep me from shopping around.

Josh was very patient and set us up with service the next day. Austin gave me a courtesy call and showed up when expected. He was polite and knowledgeable.
