From start to finish Pure Air was on point. AJ the technician and his co-worker Jude were professional- knowledgeable and highly skilled. The installation of our new AC unit was seamless and even the county inspector commented on the job well done by Pure Air. Their customer service is also next to none. They are always friendly and very helpful and very responsive!

I was very pleased and satisfied with the maintenance service performed by technician Chris. He was on time and performed a thorough check and maintenance of my a/c and air handler. As it turns out he's originally from an area near my home. It's a small world. He kept my informed of the steps being performed and explained everything. I did need a capacitor and was not surprised since I didn't know when the system was maintained last. I also signed up for a maintenance plan which is helpful to me and a reasonable price. Workers are very considerate, informative and knowledgable. I've been lucky enough to have the same technician service my air conditioner the last few visits. Bought a new a/c unit from them a few years ago and have been very happy with it. Would highly recommend them. Curt

I have been with Pure Air for nearly 9 years and have their annual maintenance contract. So worth it. There service is professional, friendly, efficient. Their servicemen are clean and neat and always explain what they are doing. They call in advance to set up your next scheduled maintenance visit. Highly recommend them. Pay once a year for contract and maintenance service visit is free.

I can only give an account of my experience not related to actual repair services , but to my experience on the phone requesting a service call. The lady that spoke with was professional and polite. A 2 hour window was estimated for a service tech to arrive and I pre-paid a diagnostic charge with my credit card. While waiting for the tech, I took a second look at my AC unit and actually found the problem! I called back Pure Air and explained that I had found the problem, and I wanted to cancel the service call. The lady (I'm sorry I forgot her name) replied " Yes , I'll cancel, and refund your pre-paid Credit card payment. I was impressed with the fairness Pure Air afforded me and I will have their phone number on speed dial for any future AC issues. First impressions are important to
