My wife and I provide water damage restoration and mold remediation services in Georgia. We partner with Pure Duct Systems to clean and sanitize all of our jobs where duct cleaning is needed. Not once have we failed a air clearance test and they do an excellent job each time for us. They are not our go to company for duct cleaning. Called this business to get a quote. Explained that I have two systems but I only wanted to quote one. If I am pleased with their work I will hire them to clean the other. Kat did not like that and said they are not interested and I need to find another business. Made me ask myself what are they hiding? I mean I have a right to see if you do a good job before I allow you to clean both systems. These services are expensive and I want to make sure my money is going to a company that can do a good job. Not to mention I have friends, family and neighbors who also need service and we are always referring good companies to each other.

My friend recommended this company so I gave them a call. When the technician came over, he was really helpful and gave me suggestions on how to keep my house cleaner after the service. This is now my go to company and I will call them.
