Pure Ducts Air Duct Cleaning

Pure Ducts was a very professional company. We found them at the Macomb Home Show and reviewed their reviews and they were great. The notified us when they were coming and were on time. They provide the duct cleaning in a very efficient manner. They took time to tell us what they were doing and took extra steps to make sure our house was left in the way they found it. They took extra care to keep the dirt down. I would recommend this company.

Had a great experience overall. There was an issue during the dryer vent cleaning (no fault of Pure Ducts) and the owner responded immediately and took care of it right away for me. His crew came out the very next day (even though they were busy and it was only a day away from the holiday), were extremely kind, professional, and fixed everything in my laundry room. Really impressed with the customer service and how they handled the situation. Highly recommend.
