I have been a customer for many years including fertilizing, aeration, and most recently soil testing/analysis. The staff is always responsive, courteous, and respectful of property. After my soil analysis this year, I followed the recommendations that were made regarding adjusting/adding components to my usual yearly regimen. I am already noticing the difference. It’s tailored to your specific lawn and the results are truly amazing. If you are the kind of person who takes pride in your lawn, the soil testing/analysis is absolutely worth it!

I’m deeply disappointed in the lack of transparency and safety precautions taken by Pure Green Lawn and Tree Professionals. They recently sprayed chemicals in the Gallery Place area without notifying residents—and the products used were lethal to dogs. This negligence endangered pets and created an atmosphere of distrust. For a company whose name includes “Pure Green,” I expected better consideration for both the environment and the community. If pet safety and clear communication matter to you, I’d recommend reconsidering before hiring this company. Transparency and responsibility should be non-negotiables.

We have used the tree service for over 25 years, and have always had professional advice and service for our trees. The tree crews are polite, safe, and fast. They do a great job of cleaning up, and have shoveled snow off the lawn to assure the ground was frozen before driving on it

I've had pure green doing my lawn applications for 7 or 8 years now. Started with a low quote, my yard is alot bigger than they thought, but they honored that price all year. So that's how it all begun, they have worked with me In price and visits along with grub prevention every year since. Pure green will keep me as a customer for as long as I own this house.

I tried to use them last year for patio work but I understood that 2020 was difficult. I called them early this year and made an agreement for $10k of patio work to be done and was promised that they would call by mid March and set a time for the work to be done. I had emphasized wanting it done early in the Spring. They have never called to schedule a time or given me any indication they even remember I'm waiting. I use them for weed n feed and they seem to do that well so I thought I would give them more work. I always pay right away and have a great credit rating so they aren't ignoring me because of my ability to pay. I also hired them to do 700.00 worth of tree trimming for me. They scheduled a time, never showed up and have never gotten back with me about another time. I don'
