The project took the entire day, and even though it ran longer than expected, he stayed until everything was fully completed so we wouldn’t be without hot water. Have used Pure Plumbing in the past. Needed a new water heater after 25 years. Ralph came out to assess the situation. Recommend a Bradford White 50 gallon to replace current one. Ordered and did new install next morning. Very personable, professional, and efficient. Done in about two hours. Highly recommend. Explained all use of pilot and flushing.

This company, and their service tech are the best I've ever experienced! Bar None! Jonathan was magical. Where I was told we would have to tear up my concrete walkway and drive to replace a watermain shutoff valve, Jonathan showed up, looked, analyzed and said, "not a problem"! Tight but doable. And is less than 30 minutes he knocked on the door saying "all done". I can honestly tell you, my heart skipped a beat. We noticed a leak on our incoming waterline BEFORE the shut off valve as it came through the foundation stem wall. Andrew came out and did a thorough review because there was a decent amount of corrosion on the old fittings and very poor access leaving him only three or 4 inches to work with of incoming copper waterline. It is a townhouse of five units with no individual shut off valves, meaning the entire building had to be shut off and drained before the repair could be completed, which involve getting coordination and participation with the HOA and 72 hour notification of all the tenants As it turned out, the building supervisor needed Andrew‘s help to identify the correct water shut off valve out in the street, as they originally shut off the fire sprinkler valve, not the Water Servi
