PURE POWER GENERATORS LLC

Pure Power appears to have damaged our Generac system. Remote status device worked fine for years before this company did their annual maintenance. Now it won't stop flashing as though no signal though it is only 10 feet away through a large window. Pure Power does not deliver to customers as promised. A hiccup with customer service during an annual Generac maintenance was acceptable, but now they're ignoring me after my Generac is not working as it did before their work.

Great service, very professional and thorough!!! I bought a house with a generator a few months ago (first time generator owner) and decided I should have the generator serviced to make sure it was working. Tyler came out and did a full service tune up/yearly maintenance on the unit. He informed me about how the unit should operate, the test cycles, and what to look out for in the event that the unit is having an issue. Thank you for the great work team!

I highly recommend Pure power generators! We have had a generator for close to 10 years and recently switched to pure power for our maintenance. I spoke with Heidy to set up our service date over then phone and within 1 week had their technician Randal visit our home. Randal took the time after completing our annual service to speak with us about our generator, required maintenance schedule as well as what we can expect from their company moving forward. I had regular annual service perform today and was greeted by Randall. Pure power was the company that installed my generator there's always been very helpful And today was no exception. As greeted by a very willing and able service technician with a great attitude. I've always been able to rely on these guys to keep in touch with me to perform the maintenance on my unit so that it's working properly when I need it to do so. I have an old house in an area that likely needs to have its power grid updated and so we could power outages every now and then But having this generator that helps me to keep my heat or AC going along with some lights is a big difference maker.. Pure power generators is the way to go. I purchased a home recently and needed a generator. Pure power helped facilitate the purchase and install of the generator and then Tyler (who has an incredible knowledge of generators and excellent customer service skills) was on site to perform its start up.
