Straightforward process. They came out and tested the water. Made their recommendation and let us decide what we wanted. We were able to get on the schedule quickly and had the system installed in about six hours. So far it’s working great. Water quality is much better. They’ll be back out in two weeks to refine. Good part: They were quick to get scheduled, arrive, and completed the job in roughly 2 hours. Now the rest: The job was to replace my washer shut off valves--pretty straightforward. They cut a drywall hole, and they only taped the drywall hole back against the wall with black tape once complete--didn't even bolt it into the closest studs by cutting a little bit more. When I asked them about it, they said "it won't fall back because of the pipes". I even asked about putting an access panel there instead of putting the drywall back, and they wouldn't work with getting one installed. When pulling out the old faceplate of my existing washer box, they also tore off some of my paint around the box to the side, not a big deal but a simple cut with a box cutter would've prevented that.
