The Deck Tech

Jack the owner was great to work with, making sure to design exactly what we wanted. Sonny was the lone person on sight building our deck and front porch and he does amazing work, very meticulous and makes sure everything is done to perfection.

Our deck has been completely reinvigorated. New water fall stairs very fancy New boards timbertech all around New rails that allow us to enjoy the view of our tree line unobstructed by wide wooden pickets. All in all a great experience and quality work done right.

Deck Tech did an awesome job. Jack worked with us to look at alternative designs for a grill deck and stairs. He also suggested an upgrade to our screened porch deck. They are responsive, affordable, helpful, and friendly. The working crew always had a smile and greeting for us. When our home was inspected, the inspector's only compliment was about the high quality of the workmanship from the Deck Tech crew. I highly recommend them.

We had a long dock built out to deep water on the Appomattox. They took care of the complicated permitting process and built us a beautiful dock. The structure is constructed in such a way to provide great strength, durability and beauty. The workers were the hardest workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of watching. They worked quickly, efficiently and without complaining about the steep incline they had to carry the heavy materials and equipment down to daily. We are beyond satisfied with the project and enjoyed working with Jack and Terri Bergman and his team. They were professional and attentive to any questions we had and addressed any issues quickly.

We had two separate backyard decks and wanted to integrate them, along with adding an access ramp, but we couldn’t quite envision how it would all come together. Thankfully, Jack did. He immediately saw the potential and knew exactly what to create for us. Along the way, he also corrected some existing issues with the main deck. Jack and Ken were consistently responsive to any concerns we had, and Jack's vision was brought to life beautifully by Juan and Dublay. The entire team was professional, skilled, and kind throughout the process. The timeline was what we expected. We are absolutely thrilled with our new deck and ramp. It turned out even better than we imagined.
