Puritan Restoration

There is not much positive you can say when you have a domestic disaster in your home, but Puritan is an exception. The two Sam's and the other Puritan team members that came to my home over a period of several weeks did outstanding work to dry out the significant water damage to my unit and my tenant's kit he. And my basement. They came within hours of the disaster, and established a beachhead to limit the extent of damage and dry out the walls floors, ceilings to prevent mold and mildew. As a result a floor and a couple of interior walls were saved. The team was pleasant, supportive, and good communicators. As a result it made an awful situation less unpleasant. I had an excellent experience with Chris and Roberto (Rob) from Puritan Restoration. From start to finish, they were respectful of my home and conducted themselves with true professionalism. They worked extremely clean, stayed well-organized, and made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up once the job was complete. Their efficiency and attention to detail really stood out, and it was clear they take pride in their work. HANDS DOWN THE PLACE TO CALL... Jan. 29, 2025 . I called about ice dam water damage, which was very extensive, and the owner came within hours. He established what was needed, referred a roofer to help with outside dams, and had his crew, Chris and Rob out here next day. What great service and personable crew! SO MUCH BETTER THAN GOING FRANCHISE COMPANY ROUTE!

Puritan Restoration came to deal with water damage in my den. They called well before arrival and were very polite throughout the process. Despite tearing up the entire floor in the den, nothing was dusty or damaged. Plastic was used to cover or separate furniture and the rest of the house. All in all, it was a great experience, from my project manager Sam to Chris and Rob who did the work. Highly recommended!!!

After them forgetting to show up twice, and me needing to tell them my information and address twice they finally showed on the third try. They said they would have an estimate later that day. Never got an estimate, I will be hiring another company due to there incompetence. Follow up I had explained to the gentleman that showed up that this would be paid for by us and not the condo association as the condo association had already said this was a personal matter. I also did not give your worker the association contact information for that reason. Your worker 2 weeks later has just texted to apologize and ask for my email to send the estimate. So he forgot my email for a 3rd time now.
