David was able to visit my house within hours of calling for an evaluation of basement flood damage. He took time to inspect all of the damage, provide remediation recommendations, and clearly explain all of my options. He also gave helpful advice about what I could do on my own to limit mold & mildew growth. I ended up choosing another provider whose waitlist was shorter, but my first call will be to PuroClean the next time I have property damage.

I called PuroClean for duct-work cleaning as we were replacing heating and AC in our house. Communication was very good. They called me as they we running some 1/2 late. Work was done thoroughly and carefully. They did leave 1 duct open, but not a big deal. Thanks!

Puroclean came to the the rescue after I had an unexpected water leak. They where knowledgable and helpful during the whole process. The drying machines where very annoying and they stayed in the house for about three days with daily visits. However, I appreciate the assistance from David from PuroClean he made it more bearable.
