I cannot say enough nice things about this business and the young men that took care of my mom‘s basement flooding. They were kind courteous and their work was amazing. They were always on time. They came just a few hours after we called. I would highly recommend them. Jake and Oscar are rock stars!

It’s always a great experience working with Dale. He is incredibly supportive and ensures I have everything I need to succeed. He is knowledgeable, encourages questions, and is highly responsive. His support makes a significant difference. His recap emails are excellent, and he always takes the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. 😊

I would give zero stars if possible. PuroClean completely failed to follow proper mitigation protocols when organic growth was present in our home. Instead of addressing it correctly, they placed air movers on the affected areas, which caused the growth to spread throughout the house. Because of their negligence, we are now facing over $20,000 in additional mitigation costs, have been forced to relocate for three months, and the health of everyone in the home has been severely impacted. On top of that, they did not properly document the damages or the reconstruction needed to restore our home to pre-incident condition. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for industry standards has caused us financial, physical, and emotional hardship. I would strongly caution anyone considering us

Very professional organization with extreme attention to detail in all their work. The training, certification preparation, and local community relationships are all extremely high level and the best in the industry. They have top notch instructors and their service to all those that they serve is top-notch.

They made more work at the end then we could take on. They did not follow the estimate and never cleaned and sprayed the whole basement. And left it looking like the pics I added after he did no call no shows for 4 days now. He only sprayed one area with a spray bottle. Guy comes with just him and his daughter. I had to help personally because the weight the garbage that needed to be removed. He were told there would be a crew and him and a young girl came with a work van no big truck for garbage like they said. We got charged and they tried to cash both checks as they were done with they never scrubbed the walls and there is mold everywhere look at the pics.
