PuroClean Mitigation/Restoration Services

I had been tasked with a sensitive cleanout of a property in preparation for listing it for sale. Jessica Moncada from Puroclean in Leominster was fantastic from the first day I contacted her to brainstorm, through all of the hoops necessary dealing with the association that the property was part of, for recommendations of outside contractors, and coordination of a full multi-day cleanout of the property in the winter. I thought their pricing was very fair given the scope of the project. The workers all had good attitudes, and collaborated with me to find alternative solutions to our plan on-the-fly during the cleanout. I will absolutely hire them again, and now have them listed on the Recommended Professionals page of my website.

We had some water damage at our house that was under contract. Puroclean, and especially Jessica from Puroclean, did a fantastic job of working with the buyers and the sellers to get everything done to everyone’s satisfaction. She worked with the insurance company, which deserves a much lower rating, mainly because of how long it took to get paid properly. But with patience and persistence, and Jessica’s help, we were able to finally come to reasonable conclusion after 6 months.The workers from Puroclean are very respectful and worked well. I would highly recommend this company, for sure!

It is with much gratitude i leave this review for PuroClean. They came out to assess damage throughout the entire home from a pellet stove. PuroClean immediately started the cleanup project in July 2023. They did a great job with immediate visible results. Air quality seemed to improve as well. They worked extremely hard during the summer heat and also helped organize the repaint estimate that would be needed. I am very happy with the job they did and i would recommend them to anyone who is in need of any of the services they provide. Thank you Justin and team!

We needed attic mold mitigation done in a hurry (we're selling, and we just discovered the previous owner's mitigation 12 years ago didn't work), and this team was there very quickly to do the inspection and estimate, and again to do the actual work. Very professional and informative, they explained what had gone wrong with the previous treatment, and why this time would be different. Very happy to work with them. I'd use them again, but you know, I really hope I don't have to...

Puro clean were prompt given the circumstances, courteous, professional and empathetic to our needs. Jessica was knowledgeable and well informed on the process with insurance. She helped make it a seamless process!!! Highly recommended for your clean up needs!!!
