⚠️ Serious concerns with quality and accountability. I hired PuroClean for fiberglass remediation. The initial cleaning was not done thoroughly—fiberglass was still visible. They brought in an HVAC subcontractor who blew debris and fiberglass dust into other rooms. I notified PuroClean the same day, but didn’t receive any response until Monday and ended up spending my weekend cleaning the mess myself. They later returned and re-cleaned the original room, which I appreciated. But after the job was complete, we discovered my son’s TV screen—located in the room where they worked—was cracked. I gave them a chance to resolve this before posting a review, but they denied responsibility and refused to address the damage.
