He did a great job removing mold at one of my projects and was flexible enough to work around my schedule, which I really appreciated. Had a burst pipe inside the wall, and Adam and his team were incredible. They responded promptly, arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and their work looks very professional. We had a pretty significant flood damage to our kitchen/living room. PuroClean was sent by our insurance & showed up immediately. All the techs (Trevor, Sebastian, Sab, Dante, Eli, Jeremiah, Tayden & Matt) were friendly & knowledgeable. Always showed up on time & got us taken care of. Overall great experience w all of them.

Finding mold is never good but PuroClean techs Sebastian and Kira made the experience much better with their professionalism, empathy and understanding. They did a great job at the mold remediation. Would definitely recommend PuroClean to friends.

Everyone was great to work with! The scope of work was increasing with each day, however the end bill was suprisingly close to the original estimate. Very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Made sure my family was protected as much as possible while work was in progress. Very communicative during the work, letting me know each day what they planned to do, and let me know right away if anything skewed from the original plan. Very upfront and as transparent as possible with everything. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you!
