Eddie is the best!!!! Being a new home owner taught made me realize there are contractors that are great sales people but don’t deliver. But it’s really the people that are friendly, humble, direct, do the work themselves, and are available to answer questions without making you feel dumb for asking. Eddie at PuroClean is that guy!!!! Unfortunately, I had two water situations at the same time (shower leak due to bad plumbing job and a refrigerator leak due to my bad water filter install..). I called and Eddie came and inspected right away, and was super thorough. He told me what likely happened, what to expect with their process, got me an estimate quickly, and came and did the work himself. Never received documentation on recommendations. No take down of drywall and no removal of carpet and padding. Only dried out areas. New contractors estimate was 6,000 above Pureclean estimate. Having difficulty with Insurance now. Due to incorrect assessments. No furniture moved to do replacement with carpet. Ask for couches to be moved to other area. This did not happen. Disappointed. Should have used Servpro!!! Which I had previous experience with in 2013. Unable to assess until after contractor did evaluation and saw mold under carpet.

The entire crew that came to support my remediation was nothing short of AMAZING—from Wendy who did the initial call, contracts, and follow up, to Eddie who did incredible inspection work and explained everything every step of the way (always available by phone, too), to Stephanie and David who also went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right and done fast. I highly—like Mt. Everest highly—recommend them. I hope I never have water damage again, but if I do, I know who to trust and who to call.

Highly impressed with their website. Every question I had was already answered on their website. It was thorough, informational and more. I would 100% remember them and call if/when I find myself needing any of the services they provide. No question I had was left unanswered just from their website alone. Impressive. Makes me believe they know their business and how to help.

Truly outstanding company, that goes above and beyond for their customers. Pros in water, fire, and mold damage. Transparent, compassionate, flawless work. Highly recommend 👍🏻—they saved our home and our sanity!
