PuroClean of Stroudsburg & Saylorsburg

Unfortunately my parents had a house fire, but thankfully PuroClean was assigned to help with cleaning and mitigation. Worked with Mike's team for the initial cleaning and packaging of our contents and Matt's team came in to clean the walls and furniture. Both teams were professional and extremely helpful. House smells even better then before the fire! Would highly recommend 👍

Matt and Marcos were very professional. Matt explained things as he worked in a way a lay person could easily understand. He answered all our many questions patiently and promptly. The job site was left clean and secure. Marco even cleaned up our hallway wood flooring. Maria from Purocleans office quickly emailed pictures of the work site to assist our insurance company with restoration. Do not hesitate to engage PuroClean if you have similar problems. Matt and Marcos were hardworking, approcahable, considerate and cleaned up after themselves.

Matt, Marcos, and Johanna did a fantastic job with the work that needed to be done in our home. This team is professional, informative, and skilled in the work they do. Bryson, David, Daniel and Jose were fantastic. They were very professional and worked quickly to remove the water from my home and begin drying everything out. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was done right- they covered everything before cutting out the ceiling to ensure my furniture and cabinets didn’t get dirty or damaged. They were also very compassionate and asked permission to make noise when my son was sleeping. It was a very smooth process given the circumstances. Would highly recommend.

Matt Marcos and Noris did a really great job with removing flooring to help prevent any more water damage & mold creating. Cleanup was great they cleaned as they go left no messes! Very nice people 10 out of 10 would recommend!
