Had carpeting done about 10 years ago when Steve’s was up in Penn Forest Township. It was good for the first year or two, but it is now loose everywhere in the house. I called a few years ago and she said the owner would call me back to see if they could come fix it and I never heard back. Very disappointed have no idea how to fix this throughout the house .

We shopped around for quotes from a couple different places in the area to replace the carpet in our breezeway. The price from Steve’s carpet was unmatched and the room looks amazing. The room has awkward concrete steps that are now very cushy and comfortable to sit on. Everyone was so friendly and Steve was very knowledgeable, letting us know what would be needed in advance (ex: trims would need to come off, doors would need shaved to open). We have a gathering at our house for a birthday party this weekend, and Steve’s carpet came through & got the carpet installed in time for the day. Very thankful! Highly recommend!

We needed to have all the carpeting throughout the house replaced, and Steve's Carpet Services made the whole process easy. Steve Dougherty, himself, came to the house with an array of samples, so we could see how the different carpets would work in each room. His crew installed the new carpets expertly. A very service oriented outfit, through and through.

Great selection, better prices than the big box stores. Small staff but if you understand that the service is great. They same and measured when he said he would and it was installed quickly and as agreed. Would use again.

From start to finish, the service was exemplary! We were re-carpeting four bedrooms, and the price was reasonable, arrived at their warehouse quickly, and Steve’s installers were able to schedule us on the exact day we were hoping for. The installers were prompt and courteous, and worked like a well-oiled machine. Steve called us the next day to ask if we were happy with the work. I’ll say! What great customer service!
