From the very beginning, our experience was marked by a lack of professionalism and attention. The tarp installed on the roof was poorly secured, and after the first rain and wind, the damage worsened. Despite repeatedly reporting these issues, we were ignored and asked to pay for mistakes that were not our responsibility. Months later, the damage worsened due to water exposure, and nearly a year later, the company collected the full insurance payment for a job we consider substandard. To make matters worse, a worker handed a card offering to perform the same services outside the company, which we found completely inappropriate and unprofessional

I cannot express what a wonderful job Humberto and his crew from Puro Clean did for us. Our newly remodeled condo’s washing machine sprang a leak with water flowing everywhere. I had their business card but had never used them. I checked their website, called and they were there in a short time with an estimate of costs, and all the equipment they needed to clear out the water and get everything dried. They stayed all afternoon to make sure nothing was missed and followed up until the moisture was gone and damage remediated. Their communication was excellent and made sure we were 100% satisfied with their work. It is rare to find such a responsive, professional company! They deserve a 5 star recommendation!
