They accommodated all my requests and made the restoration experience 100 percent to my satisfaction. PuroClean Restoration did an amazing job helping us get our home back to normal from start to finish. We've had incidents of slab leaks seeped across our kitchen and living room floors. Where to begin… here’s the good part - Rod was very good when the food first happened. Once Jon and Carly stepped in, everything went down hill. There are like five different business / contractors that will come and go from your house.. one of the ‘contractors’ that came out seemed rough but nice. Until I heard him explain to his coworker how he had been shot twice in the head, was recently released from prison, and just started doing this kind of work. The next day he smelled so badly of cigarettes and booze, two of daughters had to leave for the day. His wife sat in his van in our driveway smoking cigarettes the entire time he worked.
