One of their drivers nearly crashed me by Santa Anita and Lower Azusa, not turn signals and merged in front of me suddenly. This could have been a huge accident. Very irresponsible behavior from driver. 10/10/25 ~2:40PM

Giving no stars is not an option which is what this company deserves. Very disappointed with this company. I would not have picked this company if it was up to me. My insurance sent them out and I will be letting them know of their unprofessionalism. Roman is a lousy worker and very unprofessional. He sub-hired 2 men to do his work for him. These 2 men later came back and stole my cabinets and other material that was purchased by my contractor. Beware of this company because they are not doing anything to make the situation right. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

Puroclean came to our house when our kitchen flooded. They were kind, professional and did excellent work from the evaluation to the demo. Their punctuality, steady updates and fast excellent work is what makes them 5 stars. Their lead Suoervisor Roman made my family feel trust that it was going to be okay under a tough situation. The call center was highly communicative and the demo was much simpler than expected. Highly recommend!!

The company sent out a person Tommy G. to clear off the tree that fell on my home and my front lawn. The project was too large and pure clean should have referred me to a tree company. It took the company over a week to clear out all the tree debris. During the process my neighbor's fence was damage and my front window was shattered. I was assure that this will be fix the same day. It has been now 3 weeks and my window have not been replaced. I was asked to write a review. I do not see how they can ask me to write a review before fixing the damage.

Rick's team dispatched out for Commercial COVID cleaning went above and beyond when on site. They arrived promptly on time, came fully equipped and prepared to properly sanitize all high touch surfaces and fogged 2 buildings and 5 delivery vans. They were professional, efficient and provided excellent service. Communication was great and their pricing competitive. I would highly recommend this branch for all future disaster relief needs.
