These guys were great! They responded quickly to my inquiry and were even available to pick up the next day. We ordered a new couch and needed to get our old sectional out. They were very friendly and didn't pressure us to accept their quote. I appreciate that they will donate items and try to keep as much as they can out of the landfill. Purrfect Junk Removal is the most professional company of their type I’ve ever dealt with. Franz & company exceeded my expectations on every level. They responded to my initial inquiry very quickly, and answered all my questions clearly and succinctly. They arrived perfectly on time and were completely prepared to get the job done. They quickly and easily moved three moderately large/heavy furniture pieces out, taking extra care not to touch any walls, stair casings, or door frames. Perfect removal, no damage! When it came time to settle up, the actual charges were a little LESS than they initially quoted. I give them my highest recommendation without reservation.
