SoCal Rug Masters did a professional job in cleaning, repairing, and new backing for 47 year old wool rugs handmade by my father. They made sure the colors did not run. The rugs look brand new. It was easy to stay in touch with the owner. I am overjoyed to have these family hairlooms restored to original beauty. I won't trust our rugs to anyone else. Everyone was wonderful and so appreciated the extensive rug knowledge.

The owner/operator was very easy to talk to and explained what I could expect from getting the rug cleaned and how long it will take. On top of it, he also provided me with detailed information about the types of rugs and how they are made. Moreover, he told me that my rug was a Turkish hand made rug and appraised the value. I was pleasantly very surprised that I had a very valuable rug. I can't remember what was the relative dating of it. He also added a strip of pocket at the back of the rug because I wanted to hang it instead of having it walked on.
