Not open on Sunday until 9am. Need to get car for trip. Driveway blocked completely. Signage leads one to believe they are open at 6am. Trip now delayed 3 hours.

The guy with the blue jacket is super rude. I once told him that the system needs to update my phone number and he started yelling: I don’t have time, do you need the car, do you need the car ? I do not recommend this place.

Parked my car there yesterday and was grateful that this parking garage was available. Alternate side of the street parking did not work in my favor yesterday. No street parking was to be had. I was visiting my son and he suggested this place. My husband and I are spoiled because we have a house and parking is never a problem. 😊 This makes coming in to see our son a lot less stressful. Now if someone could possibly take care of the traffic on the LIE, that would make my day complete!

Parked my car there this morning and signed a monthly lease. Professional, courteous people were working and they seemed to know several of the regular patrons by name as they dropped off their cars, which is a lovely touch. Very reasonable prices for 24 hour access and super close to the subway (literally 1 block away) so it is very convenient to get to my car. The garage was very clean and seemed very organized. The only drawback is that the price is $25 higher if you use a credit card, so I had to pay ATM fees to withdraw cash. Would recommend!
