Giancarlo and team were great with my restoration needs after water damage. I did not need to follow up with them. They reached out to me with updates and decision making. They were patient with my questions and I felt that they cared about my concerns for health of my family. I don't know much about asbestos or mold. Abatement or mitigation. A bit out of my scope. But they explained how these are harmful and explanations made sense with the headaches my family would often get in the home. Our home items were moved and stored well. Would recommend Giancarlo and his team.

No one wants to have to use services like PW Stephens provides, or at least what leads up to it. But highly recommended. Very detailed explanation of what happens in the process. Works arrived on time, explained again what they were going to do, warned of noise, ect. However, they were quiet (not sure how they pulled that off, but this helps a lot since some of us work from home!), quick, detailed, and extremely clean. There was great follow up following the work, ensuring we knew what had been done and next steps that the prime contractor should take. We didn't exactly get a choice to use PW Stephens, as they were included as part of a larger group doing repairs. However, if I had a choice, they would be the only choice I'd make. Very thorough, efficient, and least impacting.

They communicated what would happen, were respectful, cleaned up and finished a day early. Great office staff and work crew!

The worst experience besides my house fire! On the job, days without ever doing any work. My belongings just sat in my home untouched! Nothing burned inside, so the sooner they could have gotten my things out and cleaned them, would have been so appreciated! They destroyed my son's lego collection of 20 years, by taking them off shelves, photographing them, and dumping them in boxes! They took photo's of some of my belongings, yet many were missing! They failed to open boxes and bins to show all of my contents to submit to insurance, so another loss there. I am so disappointed in this company. They were paid to finish the job, yet left moldy drywall so we had to hire another company, JJ & S, who spent a week in my home, at another $30,000 to finish PW's work. They had a final wipe

I have had the pleasure of working with the PW Stephen’s San Diego office on a number of occasions. Every project has been handled promptly and professionally. Katie has been our go-to project manager and always takes care of our clients with the utmost care. Khalid has also been a valuable resource for us to ask questions and get connected with. Overall, I can’t say enough about the quality of the people and the work at this company.
