The crew, led by Alex, was on-time, kind, professional, and handled my belongings into my downsized home with great care. If you want your movers to eat, smoke, talk/text (more than just contacting the office about the move) damage items and forget items on their truck hire these guys. One guy walked in and went right into my refrigerator without even asking. I had to repeat myself 3-4 times regarding where things went. It’s a one bedroom apartment guys. Not that hard. He rolled my glass top to a table on the cement. Isn’t that what dollies are for? When I called to ask about an item that they forgot to unload from the truck he was completely nasty to me. I wish I wouldn’t have tipped them considering they damaged an entertainment center, outdoor glass table and forgot something on their truck. I’d rather be out that money, have damaged and missing items than to ever deal with that owner again! **Regarding t
