Staff in the parts side are always so rude. They don't want to help when people come in and are annoyed that you would make them work. They will always be my guys last go to for plumbing parts. My team constantly comes back telling me how awful their staff is. Absolutely 0 customer service.

I've been doing business there for years. Never thought about writing a review until I saw a one star. Wah. A once-a-century deluge and failed sump pump is hardly on Pyramid. This customer wouldn't have gotten any "consideration" for a failed pump upgrade at any big box store. I've put in 24 underground sprinkler systems (it's a hobby) and ALWAYS get what I can from Pyramid because they're great people and great to deal with. Well, except for Pete - that's true. :)

When you need parts that the big box stores don't carry, it may take them a while but they will find it for you. I won't say they are the fastest but they are the most persistent by far in helping you get your problem solved. I prefer to pick my own parts so I can visually compare two products and they take your list and pick them for you. Some things I can get cheaper other places but the time saved going to Pyramid usually makes up for it. I feel more comfortable there now as a regular customer then I did the first few times going in both with the staff and with the process. If you are not expecting how they do customer service (i.e. it is not a good place to window shop for fittings) then it can throw you off the first few times. If you are working on plumbing, either as a professional or just someone fixing their house make sure you drop a pin here. My house is, unfortunately, the definition of "non-standard" and as such while I appreciate the prices at Lowe's the hassle of going back and forth when the parts aren't quite the right ones or they don't have the specific kind I need simply isn't worth a couple of dollars in savings. In my three trips to Pyramid (separate issues), however, not only have they had the unique part I need but they have been insanely helpful and helping me diagnose the problem and figure out how to fix it. Prices are a little higher then you'll find at a big box store but well worth every penny for the actual help you get.

Pyramid supply has an excellent selection of ABS and PVC Plastic fittings great selection of plumbing supplies and plumbing sealants. Matt the owner and John up at the front desk were very helpful getting me the materials I needed. Very satisfied with the Canplas GSR brand ABS fittings I found. Thanks !
